Facilitator Training
Prepare/Enrich is a valuable tool which professionals can use to help couples enrich their relationships or prepare for marriage.
Having been used by thousands of facilitators for more than 40 years, Prepare/Enrich has proven to be an invaluable program for couples. The Prepare/Enrich Facilitator Training will guide professionals and those working with couple relationships in guiding couples in completing the online questionnaire, interpreting the couple and facilitator feedback and working with the couple by means of various tools and exercises through various growth and strength areas identified in their customised report.
Prepare/Enrich is an online assessment tool which couples (whether preparing for marriage, in a relationship, or already married) can complete online in the comfort of their own home and in their own time. The couple will receive their custom couple report and the qualified Prepare/Enrich facilitator will receive a facilitator report once the couple completed their questionnaire.

During the Prepare/Enrich Program the couple will take an online customised assessment, the facilitator will meet with the couple (over a series of sessions) to unpack and work through the feedback, the facilitator guides the couple through various skill-building exercises selected for their unique relationship.

By the end of this course the Prepare/Enrich facilitator will be able to:

Develop an understanding of the complete Prepare/Enrich Program.

Guide couples in taking the online assessment component.

Guide and encourage couple to talk more openly with each other.

Understand the various areas of assessments for the couple.

Accurately interpret the Facilitator Report.

Give personalised feedback to the couple on the outcome of their report.

Use and guide the couple through he Couple's Workbook and Skill-building exercises.

Encourage and guide the couple to have open and assertive conversations.

Understand facilitator limitations and refer the couple appropriately should the need arise.
The Facilitator
Cathreen Mundey
Cathreen Mundey is a Counsellor in private practice working with couples for more than 28 years. She has been successfully using the Prepare/Prepare enrich program with couples as well as training the program with facilitators for 20 years.
Cathreen is an accredited Prepare/Enrich trainer with Prepare/Enrich International and readily shares her passion, knowledge and expertise in using the program with many new facilitators in training.

How this course will be presented
Online Facilitation
This course is facilitated live, online. You will interact with the facilitator and like- minded professionals online via the Zoom application. Basic use of the Zoom application is free. You will need to ensure that you have access to the internet and data, a working webcam, microphone and speakers. This course is interactive and experiential in nature. It is not a lecture style webinar. The course will be facilitated as a one-day training.

Cost
March Course - R 2750.00 pp (Members pay R2550.00 pp - Save R200)
April Course - R 3100.00 pp (Members pay R2900.00 pp - Save R200)
Due to fee increases to register as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator with Prepare/Enrich the Course fee has been adjusted from April.
(The cost includes a facilitator registration fee with Prepare/Enrich and may fluctuate depending on the Rand/USD exhange rate.)
Continual Professional Development (CPD)
SACSSP: Application in Process for April 2026 training
HPCSA: No CEU's at present
What to expect upon completion
After you have successfully completed this course, by attending all the online sessions and completing any additional activities, or evaluations; you will receive a certificate of completion from Prepare/Enrich. You will als receive a CPD certficate from Ikamva Person Centred Practices with relevant CPD points/CEUs if applicable. A training pack and resources will be emailed after completion of the course.
